ARTICLE I

Name:  The American Academy of Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry.

ARTICLE II

Purpose:

The purpose of the Academy is to:

• Disseminate knowledge in dental disciplines to our stakeholders
• Address the challenges in a more interdisciplinary approach
• Formulate evidence based dentistry
• Provide a network platform to our stakeholders

ARTICLE III

Organization:  The Academy, a non for profit organization.

ARTICLE IV

General Assembly:  An annual general assembly is held during which the scientific events are finalized.

ARTICLE V

Office:  The Academy shall have a valid Nevada State Business License.
